Yes, as you may have heard, the restaurant has been sold, with new ownership officially taking over on April 7th. We want to reassure our guests that gift cards, and gift certificates with a valid expiration date, will continue to be honoured as usual, and there are no changes planned to the experience you know and love. To ensure a smooth and seamless transition, the current ownership will remain on the ground and a part of the restaurant over the next six months. This restaurant means so much to our community, and we’re confident it will remain in great hands. Thank you for your continued support over the past 33 years—we look forward to welcoming you to the next chapter of Il Terrazzo.

Please take a moment to review our booking policies before making a reservation:

• Our reservation system will only allow bookings 30 days in advance.
• If you are not seeing your preferred time online, you can call us at 250-361-0028 after 2:30pm, seven days a week, to see if we can accommodate your request.
• Parties of six are the largest group size we can accommodate.
• We do not keep a cancellation list, you are welcome to revisit the site to check for any new openings as they do occur.
• Our reservation system operates in real time.

Reservations will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are running late, please email ilterrazzo@shaw.ca to inform us and we will provide you with the first available table upon your arrival.

Please note that we don't have a children's menu, booster seats, or highchairs available. We will also ask that you leave your stroller at the front entrance as we are a cozy restaurant.

You must be 19 or older to purchase liquor in B.C. You must show two pieces of ID when requested.
First ID: government issued with photo and date of birth.
Second ID: includes name and signature or photo.
If in doubt, staff have the right to refuse service.

Our reservation system allots 1.5 hours for two guests, 2 hours for 3 to 4 guests and 2.5 hours for 5 to 6 guests. We have monitored this closely for two plus years and have found it to be very accurate and a more than adequate amount of time to enjoy a leisurely experience at Il Terrazzo.
