kalamata olives, red onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes and feta cheese.

Olive oil vinaigrette dressing with fresh lemon, roasted garlic and capers

Freshly baked focaccia bread sandwich with capocollo ham, avocado,

oven-dried tomatoes and melted cambozola cheese.

Served with a cup of soup, or

a side salad of mixed baby greens with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Open face ravioli pasta with salmon, prawns and scallops in a buttery lemon broth with asparagus, artichoke hearts, shallots, fennel, carrot and fresh parsley
